Each of the above challenges necessitates specific interventions which are part of the wider modules that CEL has developed but which are customized and adapted based on each organization’s specifics. Diagnostics show the deviation from the central point of balance (ideal state) and are followed by the implementation of programs that help bring individuals and groups towards that ideal state through a process of inner and organizational transformation.
