The purpose of this “Individual Leap” program is to improve the organizational climate, starting from the individual as the propeller of collective wellbeing. The innovativeness of the method used is based on the development of meditative awareness as the engine of emotional and cognitive mindset change, in complete alignment with individual values ​​and the company vision.

The interventions are a series of programs typically offered weekly over a period of 12 months. They allow the unveiling of personal qualities such as trust and reliability, integrity, respect, mutual support, and result in an improvement of the collective psycho-emotional wellbeing. The change is essential in addressing the issues that every corporation is called to face today: maintaining high levels of motivation and collaboration, controlling work-related stress, reducing sick leave, increasing productivity, encouraging loyalty, creativity and innovation. This approach allows the acquisition of skills and tools directly applicable to the most stimulating and varied challenges of organizational life and suitable for the most diverse work contexts.

This program is part of a wider CEL portfolio which includes the Silent Leader and the Flourishing Organization programs, all of which are dedicated to the development of a sustainable enterprise composed of individuals and organizations that are aware of and capable of creating economic and human value for all stakeholders.
