Frank Brueck lives in Cape Town, South Africa and holds a Doctoral Degree in Business Administration from WU Vienna, Austria. He serves as: Managing Director, Global Organizational Learning and Development Network (GOLDEN); Visiting Professor, Graduate School of Business, University of Cape Town, South Africa; Self-employed Trainer and Coach; as well as Director for Training and Coaching, BTC Consult, Cape Town.
Frank is a founding and board member of the Center for Evolutionary Learning. For over 25 years he has worked in different academic positions and as trainer, consultant and coach particularly focussing on International and Cross-cultural Management, Leadership, Team Building, Change Management, CSR and Sustainability. He has negotiation experience in more than 40 countries as well as teaching and training experience on 5 continents. He worked and lived in various European countries as well as in India, South Africa, and New Zealand.
Mr. Brueck served as Executive Editor of the European Journal of Cross-cultural Competence and Management and as President of the Society for Intercultural Education, Training And Research (SIETAR) Austria for more than 10 years. Additionally, he is a founding member of the International Association for Cross-cultural Competence and Management within the European Academy of Management.
His research interests are: CSR methodologies, cultural comparison; value-based management; cultural aspects of change in corporations; sustainability, and intercultural management; business training.
