Wolfgang Hackl’s approach to training is very pragmatic to create practicable solutions which his participants find it easy to identify with. His participants enjoy a methodology which involves state of art concepts and relates them into real life in business to be applied.
Wolfgang’s credo about training is that it is not about accumulating more knowledge but about a sustainable change of behavior by facilitating evolutionary leaps which allow the genetic compass of the company to sustainably remain on the true North. Only this will lead to flourishing individuals and organizations. He knows how to create enthusiastic participants who understand themselves as messengers of change in their own company.
Wolfgang Hackl aims at leading participants far beyond their individual and organizational comfort zone, which leads to new experiences, recognitions, skills and to a dignified self-esteem seing one’s own potential in action.
Wolfgang’s motto: It is all about Elevating People.
